Returns Policy


The Consumer Rights Act 2015 places an obligation on anyone selling goods and services. In short, they must ensure they are fit for purpose ~ as described~ and of satisfactory quality.


An item must correspond with any description applied to it, must be free from any defects or faults and be of a reasonable appearance.


Under UK law non-personalised items can be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be returned in saleable condition in original packaging. Please let us know if you intend to return an item and quote the corresponding tracking number of the return package so that we can confirm when it is delivered to us.


You are responsible for return postage therefore please ensure when you send the item you use a system which covers the full cost of the item, to avoid risk should it go missing, as no refund will be issued until the return package has been received.


In your interest, we recommend you return with adequate insurance cover: such as “Parcel force 48”, or “24” (via your local Post Office) as this can provide adequate transit damage cover at reasonable cost.



Please note: No refund will be made if goods have been misused and any of the above return requirements are not followed.
