Each product is shipped individually using Royal Mail Parcel force to UK, IOM, Channel Isles destinations. If you live in a country not listed and wish to purchase , please contact us through the "Contact Us" tab at the top of the shop page.

Generally shipping costs to the above destinations are included in the product price: any exception will be made clear within the product description.

All listed stock is already made and will normally be shipped within 3 working days.

In the event of more than one order for the same item being received on the same day, date/time of order will dictate priority. (As soon as your order is received if we know of any reason why it might be delayed longer than the stated times, we will contact you immediately with this information and a revised expected delivery date. We will also give you the option to amend or cancel if you wish.)

You will be notified by email on dispatch of your purchase, and this will include the package Tracking Number. Dispatch will normally be by Royal Mail ParcelForce 48 and can be tracked here:

Should an order prove to be undeliverable for any reason, either because an incorrect address has been entered or because it is not collected from the notified sorting office, we cannot be held responsible. If, it is returned by the postal service, and you request it to be re-shipped additional postage costs will apply.
